All Patients, regardless of where they booked an appointment will be added to our EHR. Depending upon where they booked from however may determine where you will see the Patient virtually. We will always try to get the Patient to complete the onboarding process and join the virtual call through the besa Health Patient app. If we are unable to get them to download and go through the process, you will see the Patient through the Zocdoc virtual visit link.
