📘 Step-by-Step: How to Get Reimbursed
 

  1.  Make a besa-Approved Purchase

This could be snacks for the clinic, a charger for a tablet, gauze from CVS, or anything else the team or you would need.There is no formal need to ask for permission to make a purchase. In most cases the purchase will be discussed prior to making it. 
 

  1.  Save the Receipt

Due to the legalities regarding corporate finance and in particular, team member reimbursements, we will need a receipt in order to send you your reimbursement. Here are some ways you can gather the receipt. 

  • Paper? Snap a clear photo.
     
  • Email? Download the PDF or screenshot it.
     
  • App receipt? Screenshot the transaction page.


     

  1.  Fill Out the Reimbursement Form

    • Reason for purchase
       
  • Upload your receipt as a file or image.

     

TIP: If you bought multiple things, highlight or note the item(s) that were besa-related.

 

  1.  Wait ~24 Hours for Reimbursement

Getting you that money as fast as possible is a priority of ours — you’ll be reimbursed within 24 hours. Usually faster. No need to remind or follow up unless it's been longer.

Funds are usually returned via:

  • Cash
     
  • Zelle
     
  • Venmo
     
  • Another method agreed upon
